AI Output Auditor ("we," "I," or "the service") is operated by D. Washington as an independent freelance AI QA consultancy. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, contact us, or engage for services — and how that information is used.
Information we collect
Contact inquiries and audit materials. When you email us or submit a project inquiry, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company name, project details, prompts, AI outputs, and intended use context.
Payment information. Payments are processed through third-party providers (PayPal and Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers or full payment credentials on this website. Payment providers handle transaction data under their own privacy policies.
Website usage. This site is a static website hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal hosting operations. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide output audit / QA services you request
- To send invoices, payment links, and project-related communications
- To fulfill contractual obligations, including work under NDAs
- To send occasional outreach about availability or services (only if you have opted in or have an existing business relationship)
Third-party services
This website relies on the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Netlify — website hosting and content delivery
- PayPal — payment processing (paypal.me/dlwash20)
- Stripe — invoicing and payment links for approved work
- Google Fonts — web typography (fonts loaded from Google servers when you visit the site)
Email and outreach
If you receive a business outreach email from AI Output Auditor and do not wish to receive further messages, reply with "unsubscribe" or contact dlwashington20@gmail.com. We will remove you from future outreach promptly. Project-related emails for active clients are not affected by outreach unsubscribe requests.
Data retention
Project correspondence, audit materials, deliverables, and invoicing records are retained as needed to fulfill contracts, resolve disputes, and meet tax obligations. You may request deletion of non-essential contact data or audit materials by emailing us.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information shared with us. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Remove private, regulated, or highly sensitive details from prompts and AI outputs before sending when possible. Sensitive project materials are handled under agreed confidentiality terms and NDAs when required.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting dlwashington20@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
